- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 8am-515pm
- Working Location: Required to travel around to project site and meet client.
- Office Location: 51 Gul Rd, Singapore 629352
- Salary Range: $8,000-$10,000
- Lead and manage projects: Take charge of end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop project plans: Create and control project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and procurement strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders: Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance: Compliance with BCA regulations, Singapore building codes, MOM safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee site operations: Monitor site operations, progress tracking, and quality control to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Manage risks and variations: Effectively manage project risks, variations, claims, and cost control to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
- Review technical submissions: Conduct regular reviews of engineering drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide progress reports: Conduct regular project and site meetings, providing accurate progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide teams: Mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Workplace Safety and Health (WSH): Ensure strict adherence to WSH and environmental standards.
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience: Minimum 5–12 years of relevant leadership experience in piping and maintenance industries in Singapore.
- Project management skills: Proven track record managing projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Knowledge of regulations: Strong knowledge of International & Singapore construction practices, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and 3D Modeling software.
- Professional certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent will be an advantage.
