- 5.5-day work week
- Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
- Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins
- Process customer orders and registrations
- Prepare sales reports and maintain payment records
- Coordinate deliveries and courier arrangements
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock counts
- Provide after-sales support and repair services
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
