Roles & Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations and strategic initiatives of Smartfunding. You will work closely with the Fatfish Group Corporate Ventures Team, contributing to the management and execution of corporate transactions.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and business planning within a dynamic and innovative corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Representation- Act as a representative of Smartfunding, supporting the team in daily functions.
- Collaborate with the Singapore HQ corporate team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Perform financial analysis of existing portfolio companies and potential M&A targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
- Assist in the management and execution of corporate transactions for the Group.
- Provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Group Management to facilitate decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and excellent communication abilities.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
