About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Elcometer (Asia) Private Limited' in the Braddell Central Region. This full-time role will involve supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our products.As an integral part of our logistics team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our warehouse and help us meet the needs of our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, checking and unloading incoming goods and materials
- Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Maintaining stock levels and updating inventory records
- Organising and storing stock in the warehouse in a logical and accessible manner
- Assisting with the preparation of shipments and loading delivery vehicles
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and well-maintained
- Supporting other warehouse and logistics tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good numerical and organisational skills
- Experience in a warehousing or logistics role, ideally in the manufacturing, transport or distribution industries
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
