Healthcare Assistant - Punggol

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay.

Frontline Role Job Description:

• Perform computer-based tasks for patient registration in both inpatient and outpatient services, offering assistance as needed.
• Prepare and receive patients for radiographic procedures, ensuring their comfort and well-being in waiting areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging/procedure rooms, waiting areas, and changing rooms.
• Assist Radiographers during procedures, including chaperoning and patient transfers.
• Help patients select appropriate hospital gowns for various radiographic procedures.
• Clean X-ray accessories, imaging plates, and replenish departmental stocks and supplies.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the department to meet hygiene standards.
• Provide patient portering and general dispatch services when required.
• Participate in additional duties assigned by the department to support the smooth operation of the radiology department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent
• Able to read and write in simple English
• Able to work in shift system (including overnight shifts)
