Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This is a junior position ideal for a driven individual looking to build a career in the maritime industry. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Supervisor and Business Development Manager to support day-to-day commercial activities and contribute to the company's annual sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Senior Sales Supervisor and Business Development Manager in achieving annual sales and growth targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation
- Support client outreach and relationship management in order to maintain ongoing, positive business relationships with the company’s existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reporting materials
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
- Relevant work experiences in a shipping company, ship management company or other marine engineering related positions are preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners in their native language
- Proficiency in business English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
