THE JOB:
- To provide service, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment
- To attend machines' breakdowns and resolve problems timely to minimize machine downtime and meet customers' expectations.
- To perform and complete new machines' PDI jobs as assigned within a timeline
- Carry out new machines' PDI jobs installing new additional electrical instruments and gadgets per customer's request inclusive of functionality checks and testing.
- Conduct PM Clinic to ensure machine is in optimum working conditions
THE PERSON:
- ITE Trade Certification
- 3-5 years in related manufacturing sector, Hi-Life equipment
- Electrical system and mechanical knowledge
- Technical and customer service
- Be a team-player
- Training will be provided
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added bonus in order to communicate effectively with non english speaking clients
