Management Trainee (Education)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our school. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of the student care centre.

You will be a Management Trainee for 2 years before being promoted to be the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or any relevant certifications
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to converse in English and/or Mandarin
• Prior management experience and/or working with kids would be an advantage
• Strong IT computer skills and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and people management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job description:

• Complete all tasks and day-to-day operations
• Perform all related duties assigned by the director
• Manage the social media platform and broacasting the brand
• Supervises child care personnel and manage operations of the centre
• Assist in administrative work
• Work with staff to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
• Plan and direct work within the centre such as timetables and lesson content
• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment in the centre
