Project Manager (LTA Infrastructure Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define clear project objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to qualified team members effectively.
• Lead the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct routine site visits and progress meetings to monitor project quality, timelines, and compliance with safety standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues that could impact project delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Ensure all project activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Promote the use of best practices and continuous improvement methods to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the Project Manager/Project Director in any assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 6 years in leading design and construction teams on complex, large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
