In this position as a Deputy Head of Client Services for the Employee Benefits team, you will be expected to manage and oversee the operation team and work alongside with the new business and renewal team to ensure retention and consistent communication and quality.
You will be required to track billings and policy issuance for new/renewals and work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as intermediaries. The ideal incumbent needs to have strong understanding on invoicing preparation and strong analytical skills to analyse reports and present presentations to management promptly.The successful candidate should have strong leadership experience and be comfortable in providing training or mentoring of the operation team on updates such as regulatory updates, new products and insurance trends.
