Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Exp in 3PL preferred) - Woodlands

My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead overall warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves overseeing daily activities, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Permanent Position: Warehouse & Logistic Manager (New Head Count)
• Working schedule: 5 days, office hours
• Remuneration: Based on experience with Bonus

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan and manage warehouse space, manpower, and equipment to meet business needs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and inventory control activities.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse service providers, monitoring performance and ensuring service standards are met.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs and obsolescence.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare reports, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and end-to-end distribution processes.
• Hands-on experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation operations to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
