Business Development Manager – Joint Ventures & Collaborations - Bukit Batok

• Research and identify potential JV and collaboration partners in construction and HVAC sectors.
• Assist the COO in drafting and reviewing term sheets, MOUs, JV agreements, and collaboration contracts.
• Coordinate due-diligence efforts: gather technical, financial, and legal inputs; liaise with internal teams and external advisors.
• Develop financial models and risk analyses to support deal structuring and decision-making.
• Prepare presentation materials and briefing notes for executive reviews and partner negotiations.
• Track project milestones, manage compliance with contractual obligations, and monitor partnership performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of templates, precedents, and best practices for JV documentation.
• Support post-signing integration: coordinate kick-off meetings, assign responsibilities, and follow up on deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project structuring—ideally within construction, HVAC, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record in assisting or leading negotiations for joint ventures, strategic alliances, or large-scale contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and commercial terms.
• Ability to speak in Chinese is highly desirable.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to partner closely with our Chief Operating Officer in structuring, negotiating, and drafting collaboration and joint venture (JV) agreements within the construction and HVAC segments.
