Groundseesaw Singapore is a media art exhibition space operated by MEDIA&ART, a leading content production company established in 2014. Renowned for its innovative exhibitions that merge art and culture, MEDIA&ART also operates GROUNDSEESAW, a permanent cultural platform and art space based in Seoul, Korea.

With strong production capabilities and rapid growth, MEDIA&ART has secured S$10 million in Series A funding and a cumulative project financing of S$15 million. With support from the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), we proudly launched GROUNDSEESAW SINGAPORE to introduce immersive media exhibitions to a global audience.

Exhibition Opening Hours

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 1. FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP POSITION (Starting from August)
Monthly Salary: S$1,600/month

Salaries are paid between the 1st and 7th of each month (depending on the bank). For Singaporeans, the amount will be issued after CPF deductions.

Minimum Commitment: 3 months (extension possible based on performance and mutual agreement)

Job Responsibilities (Internship)
  • Oversee daily exhibition operations, including opening/closing procedures, front-of-house setup, and visitor engagement
  • Provide frontline support across ticketing, merchandise sales, and general customer service touchpoints
  • Monitor exhibition spaces to identify and escalate technical issues or visitor-related concerns
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for basic maintenance or support
  • Perform administrative tasks such as quotation requests, data entry, and internal coordination
  • Contribute to the development of operational manuals and internal documentation
  • Learn and apply media art exhibition protocols, safety procedures, and crowd management techniques
Requirements (Internship)
  • Open to Singapore Citizens, and Student Pass holders (Has to be valid for at least the next 3 month)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Previous experience in customer service, exhibitions, or events is a plus
  • Basic understanding of exhibition flow and visitor circulation required
  • Familiarity with design tools for layout/visuals is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in English (Chinese proficiency preferred)
Work Schedule (Internship)
  • 5 days per week based on roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • 9.5 hours/day including 1-hour lunch break
  • Working hours between 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Off-in-lieu for work on public holidays
  • 2. PART-TIME STAFF POSITION
Hourly Rate: S$12/hour
Public Holidays: Paid at 2x rate

Minimum Commitment: 16 hours/week
Shift Options: 4-hour, 6-hour, or 8-hour shifts
Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 7:30 PM

Roster: Monthly schedule based on your submitted availability

Job Responsibilities (Part-Time)

Ticketing Operations
  • Assist visitors with check-in and entry guidance
  • Verify reservations, inform of entry times/guidelines
  • Handle on-site payments, refunds, and inquiries
  • Manage final entry and session coordination
Floor Guide Duties
  • Guide safe and smooth visitor flow
  • Control re-entry and monitor crowded areas
  • Enforce exhibition rules (e.g., no flash, no loud noise)
  • Respond to emergencies and report incidents immediately
MD Shop Support
  • Process product sales and payments
  • Explain exchange and refund policies
  • Organize and display stock upon delivery
  • Offer customer support and gift wrapping services
Requirements (Part-Time)
  • Open to Singapore Citizens
  • Prior customer service or event experience is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking ability and reliability
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
  • Proficient in English (Chinese proficiency preferred)
  • Familiarity with basic health and safety protocols
Work Environment (Part-Time)
  • Indoor, on-site duties
  • Adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Uniform jacket provided
  • Required dress code: plain black or white top, long dark pants (no skirts, shorts, or sweatpants)
