Executive/ Senior Executive (Human Capital Management)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join UNITED MEDICARE PTE LTD as an Executive / Senior Executive (Human Capital Management). Based in Toa Payoh Central Region, this full-time role will be responsible for managing various human capital initiatives (as assigned based on role requirement & experience) to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Recruitment & Onboarding- Put up and review job advertisements, shortlist applicants, arrange applicants for interview by respective Department Managers
- Support in local and overseas recruitment exercises such as recruitment in Polytechnics, ITEs, job fairs, overseas trips, when required
- Maintain and update job descriptions for the whole Company
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other relevant documentation
- Keep track and follow-up on recruitment progress for open positions
- Co-ordinate employees’ accommodation/ dormitory arrangement and conduct checks accordingly
- Provide administrative support in HCM activities such as performance appraisals, annual increment, performance bonus payment
- Administer employee benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies such as medical, insurance, leave, Workman Injury Compensation Claims
- HR Systems configuration and alignment to other aspects of HCM
- Assist in the review and update of Company’s policies and procedures as required
- Conduct exit interviews and clearance for employees leaving the Company including repatriation
- Handle Work Pass Applications, Renewals and Contract renewals and matters relating to the Government institutions
- Handle Uniform and attire issuance and related matters
- Support in employee relations/ disciplinary matters to ensure challenges are resolved and relationships are strengthened with closure on the cases
- Arrange orientation & development for new employees ensuring proper induction and briefing
- Co-ordinate social and recreational activities to promote staff interaction and well-being of the employees
- For applicants with substantial and relevant experience, may be considered for the Senior Executive Role.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations and applicants in the healthcare or services industry will have an advantage
- Knowledge of employment laws, and talent management principles
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using HR information systems and AI
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
