We are seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer to provide essential IT support to our users locally and remotely. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, configure, and deploy desktop / laptop computers and workstations
Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
Manage device inventory and perform hardware repairs/reimaging
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct preventative maintenance on client machines
Provide remote technical support to offshore teams

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
Strong Windows troubleshooting and administration knowledge
Familiarity with desktop / laptop hardware and assembly
Basic networking and Active Directory understanding
Experience with remote support tools (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer service oriented with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in teams
Eager to learn new technologies
