• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

1. Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment:

• Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
• Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.

1. Maintenance of building facilities.
2. Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual.
3. Maintenance of furniture & equipment.
4. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
5. Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site.
6. Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved.
7. Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services .
8. Maintain and update maintenance records and documentations including data entry.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.

• ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
• Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
• Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
• On the job training will be provided
