Temporary Staff (6 months)

What You’ll Do

Event Management
  • Project-manage donor-related activities including but not limited to:
  • Events
  • Luncheons
  • Liaise with students and other departments
  • Conduct After-Action-Reviews with stakeholders to improve future events
  • Provide monthly reports on events and activities for department and management meetings.
  • Oversee procurement processes from creation to closure
Gifts and Tokens
  • Oversee the procurement, creation and distribution of gifts and tokens to donors and supporters
  • Maintain and manage departmental gift inventory and archives
Cleaning of Data
  • Assist in updating information into in-house data management system:
  • Assist in data migration
Who We Are Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in events and data management
  • Independent, outgoing and teamwork driven.
  • Able to manage deadlines.
