You will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Medical Board (CMB) at our hospital. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the CMB’s office, providing high-level administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced and dynamic public healthcare environment.

Your job duties include:

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the CMB
• Manage complex schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Liaise effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinicians, regulators, and external partners
• Prepare correspondence, reports, rosters, minutes and presentation materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Organise divisional and departmental functions, visits and events as required
• Proactively manage tasks and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters

• Degree in any discipline
• Candidates with prior experience in an executive secretarial or executive assistant role will have an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
• A pleasant and professional demeanour, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with standard digital tools
