Search Personnel Toa Payoh Full-time
Position: Retail Sales Associate/Assistant (CAMERA/PHOTOGRAPHY)
- Location: Near City Hall MRT
- Working hours: 5 days, 10am - 7pm (Mon - Sat with alternate weekdays off) (1 week 6 days, 1 week 5 days)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + Commission + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Photo or video equipment
- Explain functions and qualities of products to customers either over the phone, counter or email, if any
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
- Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper product display
- Assist with stock count and placement of new products
- Keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Fluent in English to communicate with English-speaking customers
- Minimum 1 year of experience from retail industry
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends
- Excellent knowledge and keen interest in photography / videography and digital Imaging/ IT solutions will be added advantage
