Responsibilities
- Support the clinic team to perform day-to-day operations at TP Animal Clinic and Wellness (TPACW) as a veterinary technician on a rotating schedule.
- Assist in procurement of materials and equipment to support TPACW operations and academic activities.
- Conduct both administrative and technical support for PET and CET programmes.
- Conduct practical lessons in full-time and/or part-time courses and support student clinical training in TPACW.
- Train and supervise student trainees at TPACW.
- Able to work in the evenings for CET night classes.
- Qualification in Veterinary technology/ Veterinary nursing or equivalent and/or at least 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/ animal hospital.
- Familiar with ‘Day One Competences’ for Veterinary Nurses.
- Have a passion for developing talents, and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youths and adult learners.
- Resourceful and able to work independently to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work within a team.
