Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm

Basic salary $2,500 - $2,800 + Variable Bonus

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan materials based on forecasts and purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases when needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials, tools, and packaging items.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers to agree on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on product specifications and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and submit documents (e.g., PO acknowledgements, invoices) to the Accounts team for payment processing.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to manage delivery schedules.
• Record incoming goods in the system daily.
• Support annual supplier performance reviews.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external business partners.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
