About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Design for Safety (DfS) Professional / Risk Management Facilitator to manage design-stage safety risks for major LTA infrastructure projects. You will lead stakeholder reviews, maintain DfS records, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate with LTA, consultants, designers & contractors on design-stage safety
- Lead DfS review meetings & workshops; document decisions and action items
- Maintain & update DfS Register, CDSS & CNSS, ensuring visibility to all parties
- Review subcontractor method statements & risk mitigation proposals
- Conduct monthly DfS reviews + minimum 3 site inspections per month
- Submit inspection reports, hazard closure forms, and meeting minutes
- Track ERSS performance via instrumentation data
- Present updates at LTA Monthly and Quarterly Director Meetings
- Registered DfS Professional (preferred) / WSHO + DfS Certification
- Min 5–8 years safety or risk management experience in construction / MRT / infra
- Strong knowledge of LTA, BCA & WSH Regulations
- Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting & documentation
- Singaporeans & Permanent Residents strongly encouraged to apply
