Business Management Support (Private Banking)

This role provides key administrative and operational support to senior management and plays a vital part in coordinating business activities and marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Management Support Prepare management and performance reports to support business decision-making. Follow up on audit activities and assist in implementing operational improvements. Coordinate the team’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) efforts.
Track expenses against allocated budgets and ensure financial discipline. Support the sales team with the preparation and bilingual (English/Chinese) translation of marketing materials. Maintain accurate records and logs of sales activities. Assist with additional business management tasks as needed.
Administrative Support Organize and coordinate management meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. Provide general administrative support to the Head of Private Banking and team as required. REQUIREMENTS: Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support bilingual documentation and client communication needs.
Solid interpersonal and networking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data processing and analytical abilities. A collaborative team player with initiative and a can-do attitude. Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
