Customer Care Manager – Biotech/ Healthcare/ Life Science (up to 6k)

Summary Benefits:

• Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 + Variable Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Boon Lay, Singapore
• Leadership Role with Regional Customer Operations at Life Science Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve customer service processes to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Ensure proper use of customer service tools and systems to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
• Monitor and support team KPIs and service performance standards
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries and issues, including escalation when required
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve product and service-related matters
• Support implementation of new products, promotions, and service initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to team members through coaching and training
• Monitor dispatch operations and ensure service delivery quality

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or customer support experience at Life Science/ Bio Technology/ Medical Industry.
• Good communication skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
• Team player with a responsible and adaptable working attitude
