Senior HR Executive - Retail/Central/S$4800 - Geylang

Leading premium lifestyle retail brand is seeking a Senior HR Executive (HRGA) to support regional HR operations across Southeast Asia. This is a dynamic and hands-on role suitable for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced, multi-country environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate and administer performance reviews, learning and development initiatives, and engagement programs
• Handle employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with regional labour laws
• Provide administrative and office support including vendor management and relocation coordination
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the region
• Prepare HR reports and support system updates using HRIS platforms

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a regional HR generalist role
• Familiar with local employment laws and HR practices across Southeast Asia
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in HR operations
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or beauty industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Unit4 Prosoft, and SuccessFactors or other HRIS
