Job description:

Manage daily security operational activities
Lead and supervise the security team on-site
Coordinate with the Management Team and liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee all security matters and enforce security measures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and accident at site.
Oversee all security matters on the site.
Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for Security Officers
Enforce security measures and standard operation procedures.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including either Day/Night Shift.

Job Qualification:

Proven experience in a security supervisory role with valid PRD Security License
Must have Basic Security Training course or equivalent certificates
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of security procedures and incident management
