Data entry assistant (logistics & customer service)

Working Hours: 5.5days / Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm

• Support in the "creation" of job entries based on customer requests
• Perform accurate data entry of operational transactions into company systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, SAP, or internal systems)
• Update shipment records, inventory movements, and transport schedules
• Generate picklists, delivery orders, and system reports as required
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, shipment documents, and inventory records
• Organize, scan, and maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for operational documentation
• Liaise with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational updates
• Follow up on urgent or expedited shipments and provide status updates
• Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics team
• Maintain confidentiality of operational and customer data
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field will be preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse administration, customer service, or data entry roles, though fresh graduates who possess strong administrative skills are welcome to apply
• Given the volume of emails the candidate would be working with, having a working knowledge / fluency in English would be highly beneficial
• Given a high frequency in verbal communication with Chinese-speaking vendors and customers, having a working knowledge / fluency in Mandarin would be highly beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and ERP systems will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of the Logistics / Supply Chain industry in Singapore will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
