Main Responsibilities
  • - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.
  • - Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, etc.) to generate qualified sales leads.
  • - Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • - Develop and present tailored proposals that address each client’s specific business needs.
  • - Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • - Strategize and manage lead follow-ups to maximize conversion and uncover new prospects.
  • - Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • - Gather and analyze client feedback to refine offerings and improve service delivery.
  • - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
  • - Draft and finalize client contracts based on approved proposals.
  • - Provide reliable post-sales support and feedback to internal teams.
  • - Maintain meaningful engagement with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • - Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and assist with marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • - Minimum Diploma in any maritime discipline, with 3–4 years of sales experience in the marine industry within the region.
  • - Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills suitable for C-level engagements.
  • - Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a strong advantage.
  • - Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.
  • - Ideal for candidates who are ambitious and thrive in an independent work environment.
