About the role
Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our industrial construction projects in the East Region. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover.Your strategic leadership and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the successful completion of our high-profile industrial projects.
What you'll be doing- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations and business objectives
- Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective strategies to address them
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure transparency and alignment
- Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior project team members
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the industrial sector
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale industrial projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
