Junior Business Development Executive (Multiple vacancies)

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to companies via outbound calls to introduce products and identify key contacts.
• Understand the company’s products and services to explain them clearly and confidently.
• Engage prospects through friendly, consultative conversations to understand their needs.
• Update customer and company details accurately in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and engagement.
• Meet daily or weekly activity targets such as calls and appointments.
• Share feedback on customer responses to help improve sales approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales-related roles (e.g., internship, part-time job, temp job, full time job) is an added advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and building rapport.
• Willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
