Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor cum RA/PA
Description
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff rosters, and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This key role requires strong leadership, guidance, and training abilities to motivate and develop our housekeeping team.Perform PA and RA duties as for relief staff.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to achieve and maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth workflow and task assignment
- Plan and assign work schedules, train staff, and monitor performance
- Generate reports, provide administrative support, and manage inventory of supplies and linens
- Address guest queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general housekeeping duties as needed, report maintenance issues, and manage inventory stock
- Foster positive relationships within the team and with other departments
- Perform duties for PA and RA
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage inventory and quality assurance procedures effectively
