Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Management | Renewable Contract Role (yearly basis) Your new company Our client is a forward-looking organisation driving innovation in the digital and technology space. To support its evolving priorities and long-term talent strategy, it is looking to hire a strategic and execution-focused Talent Management Manager/Senior Manager to strengthen its leadership development and succession planning efforts.
Your new role Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's leadership bench strength. As part of a lean and collaborative team, you'll co-own initiatives around succession planning, leadership frameworks, and high-potential talent development.
What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee the career progression and development of high potentials by reviewing and enhancing internal progression and career pathways. This includes facilitating strategic postings and secondments across public and private sectors aligned with individual aspirations and organisational needs, as well as identifying stretch roles, projects, and milestone programmes to build leadership capability.
Design, support, and implement succession planning strategies for key management, engineering, and technical leadership roles. Partner with relevant organisations to co-develop capability-building initiatives tailored to the organisation's context and manage key talent data to support strategic workforce planning and discussions at talent governance platforms.
What You'll Need to Succeed 4-8 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent management, leadership development, or related HR roles. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus. Strong project management and organisational skills.
