Interior Fitting Out Contracts Manger Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and projects objectives.
- Provide contractual advice and support to projects managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of obligations.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks and issues.
- Manage contract changes, extensions, claims, and disputes in coordination with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts correspondence, amendments, insurance certificates, and approvals.
- Work closely with top management, procurement, and project team to align contract terms with business goals.
- Lead tender processes along with reviewing RFQs and preparing contract documentation.
- Ensure contract compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct contracts closeout procedures upon project completion.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Contracts Manager in construction or interior fitting out industry.
