About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Marketing Institute of Singapore. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

What you'll be doing

Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, website forms, live chat, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
Qualify inquiries and assign or escalate as needed within the admissions or academic team.
Guide prospective students through the admissions pipeline, including sending program information, scheduling follow-ups, and collecting required documents.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead statuses and communication history.
Support the preparation of offers, follow-up communications, and basic sales reporting.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Any other ad-hoc assignments

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the sales or marketing industry
