  • Sales Support
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when applicable / required
Office Administration
  • Operational liaison to our third part service provider (i.e. Roedl for accounts)
  • Billing, claims
  • Record keeping / Filing
  • Managing VP calendar and Appointments
  • Arranging Flights via our Corporate Travel Agency
  • Arranging hotel accommodation & transportation
  • Courier: Import & Export
  • Ordering of pantry supplies and stationary
  • Liaising with Building Management for the up keeping of Office
Sales Support
  • Assist in MARCOM activities
