Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory- Experience on designing and developing Cloud-native solutions
- Experience on Cloud migration, integration patterns, high availability patterns, etc. (e.g. REST APIs, Container platforms, Event-driven architecture, etc)
- Broad technical knowledge and experience across application, development frameworks and technologies
- Experience with Java/Spring/Angular, Oracle/PostgreSQL DB, Linux, API, Kafka etc.
- Functional/Business knowledge (of his current/past companies), ideally on core banking or portfolio management systems. Interest in Financial & Banking industry
- Experience working on a project or in an architecture team covering a large ecosystem of applications (30+)
- Experience in modeling activities (application maps, software design models, data modeling, infrastructure diagrams, etc.)
- Strong analysis skills with problem solving attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in written documents and oral presentations, explaining concepts clearly to audiences at various levels of technical knowledge
- Effective leadership, planning and organization skills
- Experience of Enterprise Architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices
- Experience in Wealth Management, or Financial and Banking Industry
- Knowledge of a Wealth Management Core Banking System such as Temenos T24/Transact, ERI Olympic or Avaloq
- SCRUM/Agile experience
- Experience running Request for Proposal and assessing solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience architecting or developing solutions in a Cloud environment
- 5+ years of experience in IT either as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect
- Architecture certification (TOGAF) or Cloud Architect certification (AWS, IBM Cloud)
