Role Description:

As an Assistant Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining our Two Michelin star standard. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and excellence of all dishes, managing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food during service
  • Conduct detailed quality inspections of all dishes before service
  • Oversee the timely rotation and proper handling of premium ingredients
  • Help maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Participate in menu development and seasonal adjustments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining establishment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
