SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Assistant Executive / Executive will support the operational and clinical aspect of our new clinic based in Bukit Batok. This full-time clinic assistant position focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations, patient care, and administrative coordination.The role also includes contributing to manpower-related activities and providing logistical support for project implementation.
JOB OVERVIEW and RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic Operations and Patient Support- Patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Handle basic inquiries from patients and their families.
- Assist doctors with routine procedures (e.g. taking vitals, performing tests, setting up equipment, chaperoning, preparing lab tubes/forms, conducting urine tests).
- Prepare and dispense medication, including advising patients on usage, dosage and potential side effects.
- Inventory management of medication and consumables.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, including daily housekeeping activities as per regulatory guidelines.
- Provide general support to the attending doctor as required.
- Managing official documents, circulars, and business correspondence related to the clinic and manpower planning.
- Coordination with laboratories and vendors for lab tests, specimen collection, and procurement of medical supplies.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement(s):
- Minimum GCE “O”/”A” Levels or Diploma holders
Other requirements / qualities:
- Based in Bukit Batok clinic during operation hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.00pm).
- Required to assist with other administrative duties for the remainder of the workday (until 6pm).
Candidates with prior working experience as a clinic assistant will have an advantage.
