Position: Procurement Executive
- Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up
- Handle procurement of key equipment and systems such as:
- Heavy Equipment & Power Systems
- Utility & Safety Systems
- Electrical & Instrumentation Materials
- Mechanical & Piping Components
- Architectural & Miscellaneous Items
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Oil and Gas EPC procurement experiences with construction projects
- Knowledgeable in technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects
- Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
