Role: Sales & Marketing Support Associate

The Sales & Marketing Support Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, efficient sales processes, and effective customer engagement.

1. Sales Support

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and order details.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle inquiries from sales teams and customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Generate and distribute sales performance reports to track targets and achievements.

1. Marketing Support

• Help in the execution of marketing campaigns, including preparing marketing materials and managing event logistics.
• Monitor inventory of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters) and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Manage social media content schedules and assist in basic copywriting or image editing for posts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to the marketing team.
• Update product information on the website and ensure consistency across digital platforms.

1. Coordination and Communication

• Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment of strategies and goals.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors or service providers for marketing-related tasks, such as printing or event setups.
• Provide administrative support during sales and marketing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Consolidate data for monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
• Monitor key metrics such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized files for all sales and marketing documentation.

1. Customer Engagement

• Assist in managing customer communication channels, including emails, calls, and social media inquiries.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives, such as post-sales follow-ups and surveys.
