The Role:

Key Responsibilities

Support the origination and execution of M&A transactions including buy-side and sell-side mandates
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation and modelling (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
Coordinate due diligence processes, assist in structuring transactions and preparing marketing materials
Prepare pitch books, presentations and information memoranda for client engagement
Perform industry research, market analysis and company benchmarking
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

Key Requirements

2-3 years of prior relevant experience in M&A and Investment Banking
Experience with overseas investment banks, particularly in Australia, United States or United Kingdom will be advantageous
Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, communication, and written skills
Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
