Responsibilities:

• Provide vehicle recovery and towing services for breakdown, accident, or unattended vehicles.
• Attend to roadside assistance requests promptly and professionally.
• Safely operate recovery vehicles and towing equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle assessments and ensure proper handling during recovery operations.
• Complete recovery reports and necessary documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure recovery vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Deliver professional customer service while assisting motorists during breakdown situations.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License is required.
• Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in vehicle recovery, towing, roadside assistance, or commercial driving is an advantage.
• Familiarity with vehicle mechanics or automotive repair will be beneficial.
