Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding transitions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job specifications and desired candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms and employee referrals, while building a qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective hiring practices, market insights, and candidate availability, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and metrics, ensuring the optimal use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through strategic job postings, participation in career events, and enhancing social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in sourcing candidates, with proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other search methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards, including regulations related to the local labor market.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment marketing, talent intelligence tools, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for IT roles or specialized technology skill sets.
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house environment or agency setting.
