Job Summary

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Employment type: 6 months contract

Key responsibilities

Triage 8 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
Respond to enquiries including registration, Pledge ceremonies and general enquiries from registrants and Members of Public
Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
Draft email invitations to doctors, VIP guests
Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
Assist officers to source for vendors
On-site administrative and logistics support on event day, if necessary
Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars/notices, review draft publications

Requirement

At least a Diploma in any field
