Our client is a global leader in maritime infrastructure and integrated supply chain solutions that is redefining how the world moves cargo.

We are looking for a high-octane Business Development professional to sell high-value, integrated logistics solutions directly to major cargo owners. This is a "hunter" role designed for someone who can map a customer's pain points and architect a physical-plus-digital solution that closes the deal.

• Identify and aggressively pursue high-value sales leads within the Life Science, Tech, and Retail verticals to drive double-digit volume growth.
• Move beyond "off-the-shelf" services to design bespoke pricing and "Port-Centric" logistics strategies that integrate physical port assets with digital visibility tools.
• Establish and leverage a high-level network with cargo owners and logistics providers to position our ecosystem as their primary supply chain partner.
• Conduct deep-dive process mapping with clients to identify supply chain bottlenecks and "re-engineer" their flow of goods through our infrastructure.
• Lead the end-to-end commercial cycle, from initial pitch and complex negotiations to coordinating with Legal and Ops to ensure the "solution" becomes a reality.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, gathering competitor intel and trade flow data to pivot our commercial strategy in real-time.

• min. 4 years of aggressive sales experience with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding quotas in Healthcare, Industrial, or Retail logistics.
