As a Senior Manager/Manager, Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Spearheaded clinical service planning and user engagement workshops to align hospital design with patient-centered care.
• Collaborated with consultants and stakeholders to develop infrastructure, service flow, and operational models for the hospital.
• Led development of end-user briefs, business cases, and operational guidelines to support hospital development and funding approvals.
• Oversaw progress tracking, reporting, and coordination of workstreams across planning areas, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
• Managed administrative duties including meeting coordination, minutes writing, procurement, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, including planning, coordination, and service delivery.
