About the role

Unimarine Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Lubricants Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in our Raffles Place office. As a Lubricants Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development and contributing to the growth of our lubricants portfolio.

This is a full-time role with opportunities for career advancement within our expanding organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across the local and export market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Presenting and demonstrating our range of high-quality lubricant products to clients
  • Preparing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing regular sales reporting and performance updates to management
What we're looking for
  • Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role in local or regional sales within the lubricants industry
  • Experience in sales across more than 3 countries and willing to travel is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of lubricants and their applications in various industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage uncertainty in dynamic business environments.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
