Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to oversee strategic business operations, drive organizational growth, and support executive management in achieving company objectives. The Vice President will lead cross-functional teams, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to long-term business development and profitability.

• Assist senior management in developing and implementing company strategies and business plans.

• Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management initiatives.
• Prepare operational and management reports for executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
