Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing
- Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations to achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices etc
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on shipping arrangements and ensure compliance with Incoterms
- Prepare sales reports, support exhibition participation, and carry out related sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, customer service, or related functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a Japanese company environment is an advantage
