We are looking for a mature and responsible Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the construction piping industry.

The ideal candidate should have working experience, be able to handle daily warehouse operations independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and able to manage issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations for construction piping materials and equipment
• Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock and deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control
• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and drivers for smooth material movement
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse
• Handle urgent issues and solve operational problems efficiently
• Prepare basic warehouse records and reports

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in construction warehouse operations
• Mature, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to handle pressure and respond quickly to site requirements
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Working time: Mon
• Friday (8.00am
• 6.00pm) / Saturday (8.00am
• 5.00pm)

Candidates with hands-on experience and a strong sense of responsibility are highly preferred.
